Founder’s Annual Membership

1. Nature of this Voucher

This voucher may be redeemed for a Founder’s Annual Membership at the Sky Zone^® indoor trampoline park to be located at 900 NE Loop 820, Hurst, Texas. Purchasing this voucher alone does not constitute enrollment in a membership program, nor does it initiate any form of automatic or recurring billing; however, by completing the membership enrollment process as described in Section 2 below, you will be charged a promotional $99 Founder’s Annual Membership rate each year so long as your Founder’s Annual Membership remains active and in good standing at the Location.

2. Activation and Membership Enrollment; Voucher Expiration

This voucher may only be redeemed in-person at the Location. Failure to redeem the voucher and complete the membership enrollment process within sixty (60) days following the Location’s opening date will result in the expiration of both the voucher and your ability to enroll in the Location’s Founder’s Annual Membership program at the promotional Founder’s Annual Membership rate. To enroll in the Location’s Founder’s Annual Membership program at the promotional Founder’s Annual Membership rate, you must:

• Agree to the Location’s then-current form of Membership Agreement; and
• Affirmatively consent to automatic and recurring annual membership payments, the first of which will occur three-hundred and sixty-five (365) days following your redemption of the voucher, by checking a box acknowledging such recurring billing terms.

For purposes of clarity, upon completing the registration process, the value of the voucher will constitute payment for your first year of Founder’s Annual Membership, along with applicable taxes, fees, and charges, at the Location. You will not incur any recurring Founder’s Annual Membership payments until three-hundred and sixty-five (365) days after you have presented the voucher for redemption at the Location and completed the membership enrollment process to activate your Founder’s Annual Membership at the promotional Founder’s Annual Membership rate. In completing the membership enrollment process, you will be required to acknowledge that your membership will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless and until it is cancelled.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary during the membership enrollment process, your first automated payment will commence on the date that is three-hundred and sixty-five (365) days after your date of enrollment and, upon the date of each automatic annual renewal, the Founder’s Annual Membership promotional rate, plus any then-applicable taxes, fees, and charges will be charged to your payment method on file.

You acknowledge that if you do not want your Founder’s Annual Membership to renew, you must cancel it at least three (3) business days before the next automatic renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account through the online membership portal and using an automated self-cancel feature or by contacting the Location directly to initiate the cancellation process; provided, however, cancellation of your Founder’s Annual Membership will result in the permanent forfeiture of the promotional rate as further described in Section 3 below. Instructions on creating a membership account and accessing the online membership portal will be automatically sent to the email account you provided in connection with the membership enrollment process.

Lastly, please be advised you must complete and sign a new waiver at the Location, even if you have previously completed and signed a waiver for a different location.

3. Forfeiture of Promotional Rate Upon Cancellation

If you cancel your Founder’s Annual Membership, you will permanently forfeit your promotional Founder’s Annual Membership rate. For clarity, if you cancel your Founder’s Annual Membership and later choose to reenroll in any membership program at the Location, the Location’s then-current membership offerings, membership fees, and other limitations will apply.

4. Estimated Opening Date

The Location is projected to open on or around April 10, 2026 (subject to change).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subject to the expiration policies set forth in Section 2 above, you may request a full refund of the voucher purchase price for any reason at any time prior to the Location’s opening date or before you have redeemed the voucher for use at the Location, provided that you initiate a cancellation request within sixty (60) days following the Location’s opening date. After redeeming the voucher and enrolling in the membership program, the Location’s standard membership terms and cancellation policies will apply with respect to the membership program and your recurring Founder’s Annual Membership payments as further described in Section 2. No refunds of the voucher price will be provided if you do not complete the membership enrollment process or alternatively, cancel prior to the date that is sixty (60) days following the Location’s opening date.

6. Limitations

• One voucher and accompanying Founder’s Annual Membership per guest
• Voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed at the Location identified above.
• This voucher does not guarantee access to promotional upgrades or other special offers not explicitly stated herein.
• SkySocks^® are required to jump and are sold separately.
• Access to the Location is subject to availability, capacity limits, and operating hours. Attractions may be closed for maintenance.
• A Founder’s Annual Membership does not entitle you to attend special events, private parties, or other programs unless otherwise specified.

Purchasing this voucher does not constitute enrollment in a membership program, nor does it initiate any form of automatic or recurring billing. To receive promotional Founder’s Annual Membership rates for the Location’s Founder’s Annual Membership program, the purchaser must complete the membership program enrollment process in-person at the Location, which will include affirmatively consenting to automatic and recurring annual membership payments. Membership begins on the voucher’s redemption date, and recurring charges will begin 365 days later. Founder’s Annual Membership rates and benefits are only valid while the Founder’s Annual Membership remains active and in good standing. This voucher may be cancelled and refunded prior to the Location’s opening or before any attempted redemption at the Location; provided, however, it will automatically expire, with no refund due, if sixty (60) days have lapsed from the Location’s opening and the purchaser has failed to redeem the voucher and enroll in the membership program.
