Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
Can I use a 3rd party app or website to cancel my Sky Zone Membership?
Third-party websites are not authorized to cancel Sky Zone Memberships. To cancel, log in to your Sky Zone Online Account.

What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! The membership is month-to-month. Just give us a heads up of at least 3 business days and we’ll process the cancellation. You’ll still have access to all the awesome membership benefits and perks until your cancellation date.
How do I cancel my Membership?
All cancellations must be submitted through the Sky Zone Online Account.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
How can I pay for my monthly Membership?
You can pay with a major credit card. Gift Cards are not accepted as payment for Memberships.
Terms and Conditions - Extra Play Annual Membership
Extra Play Annual Membership T&C
Offer valid at this Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park location (the “Location”) (available online or in-person).
Offer: Purchase an Extra Play Annual Membership which enables the holder to receive a minimum of one (1) 120-minute jump session per day throughout the duration of their membership, which is activated upon the date of purchase and expires one (1) year thereafter. The Extra Play Annual Membership also includes one (1) complimentary 120-minute buddy pass each month, allowing the membership holder to bring one (1) guest to the Location per month to jump for 120 minutes for free alongside the membership holder.
Here’s what you will receive with an Extra Play Annual Membership:
- At least 120 minutes of daily jump time per day for one (1) year beginning on the date of purchase
- One (1) complimentary 120-minute standard jump buddy pass each month
- 20 % off all FuelZone items
- 20 % off Parties
- Access to GLOW (note: only for participating GLOW locations)
- Access to “Member-only” events
Terms and Conditions
Extra Play Annual Membership is activated upon purchase, automatically terminates one (1) year thereafter, and cannot be auto-renewed. Purchasing an Extra Play Annual Membership does not initiate any form of automatic or recurring billing.
Void where prohibited by law. Offer, Extra Play Annual Membership, and buddy passes only valid at the Location.
Extra Play Annual Membership terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to cost, jump time, benefits, and expiration date.
Extra Play Annual Membership valid for a single guest only.
Extra Play Annual Membership holders will receive one (1) complimentary buddy pass each month for one (1) guest to visit the Location to jump for 120 minutes for free alongside the Extra Play Annual Membership holder. Unused buddy passes do not roll over in any manner whatsoever and each unused buddy pass will automatically expire at the end of the month in which it becomes available for redemption. Buddy passes cannot be used for GLOW jump sessions or other special events and additional restrictions and exclusions may apply; contact the Location for details. Extra Play Annual Membership holders will additionally receive complimentary access to GLOW jump sessions, subject in all instances to the availability of GLOW jump sessions at the Location and capacity restrictions.
Extra Play Annual Memberships, jump sessions, and buddy passes cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact the Location for details.
All guests, including guests visiting the Location using a buddy pass, must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone® facilities.
The Extra Play Annual Membership offer cannot be combined with any other offers, deals, discounts, or promotions. Each 120-minute jump time is for a consecutive 120 minutes of jumping within the times and days set forth by the Location for guests that purchased an Extra Play Annual Membership; Extra Play Annual Membership holders can receive unlimited jump time on weekdays and a total of 120 minutes of jump time per day on weekends. Jump times may be available on a walk-in basis only if the Location requires it. Additional jump time may be purchased at the Location’s regular prices.
Unless otherwise expressly specified, the Extra Play Annual Membership does not include: private events (including birthday parties, team parties, corporate events, or group events); events that require separate admission; or programs such as special Toddler Times.
Extra Play Annual Memberships do not guarantee admission during any particular hours of operation, especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
Taxes may apply. All sales are final.
Restrictions may apply at the Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.
Guests may be asked to leave the Location’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements. Violating the Location’s policies or rules may additionally result in cancellation, suspension or revocation of Location visitation privileges under the Extra Play Annual Membership, in each instance without any refund.
By purchasing an Extra Play Annual Membership, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Sky Zone® brand’s Privacy Policy (available at www.skyzone.com/privacy-policy) and the use of their personal information as set forth therein.
